What are your operation hours?

We operate from Mondays – Fridays (8.30am – 5.30pm) except on public holidays.

 

Do I have to register and create an account with Canon eShop?

Having an account is not mandatory, however when you register as a member, you can use the single sign-on password on all Canon’s online portals including Canon warranty registration, EOS World, Canon Imaging Academy, Your Canon + You and Canon Lens Try and Buy.

Canon eShop accepts all credit cards from Visa and Master Card. Simply complete the credit card information on our secure site.



How to Store Your Credit Card

Simply log in using your Canon Singapore account, and then when paying for your products, elect to "Stored- Cybersource CC". It's never been so easy to purchase products at Canon.com.sg



Will I receive a physical invoice with my order?

You will receive a delivery order, invoices are sent via email and we do not attach invoices to the package on delivery.

 

How do I know that my order is successful?

An auto-generated email with your order number and purchase summary will be sent to you upon confirmation of your order. You can check the status via your account with eShop.canon.com.sg or contact our customer service agents at 1800-799-2828 (Mondays to Fridays 9.00 – 6.00pm excluding public holidays).

 

Deliveries

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Canon offers free deliveries for orders above $200. For orders below $200, a standard charge of $15 will be levied per address for deliveries up to 30kg.

 

Deliveries to the following locations are subjected to a surcharge of $20 (payable in cash): Changi Airfreight Centre, Airport Logistics Park of Singapore, Changi Transit Lounges, Jurong Port, Jurong Island, PSA compound, Mindef premises, Sentosa and Neo Tiew area.


How long will my delivery take?

Your order will be delivered within 2 days for Canon-only orders, and up to 5 working days should your order contain non-Canon branded products. This is because our delivery partner will have to pick from multiple locations and consolidate to complete your order. In any case, an agent from Yamato Tidiki shall be contacting you to make arrangements for delivery at your convenience.


I ordered multiple items online, why didn’t I receive them all?

If your order includes non Canon products, you might receive your order in separate parcels. Should there be a rare occasion where we are unable to fulfil an item in your order, you will receive an email, informing you of the shortage. In this case, we will make a refund of the value of the unfulfilled items via your credit card. Do reach out to us at eShop@canon.com.sg or telephone at: 1800 799 2828 should you not receive your full order in 5 working days.


How do I choose my delivery date/time?

The customer service agent of our delivery partner, Yamato Tidiki Express, shall be contacting you to arrange a delivery time from Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) at one of the three time slots:

 

9am – 1pm

2pm – 6pm

7pm – 10.30

 

Deliveries on Saturdays are available from 9am to 1pm.

You can track the product the moment it leaves the warehouse after 3pm with your account and order number on eShop@canon.com.sg. The delivery status is follows:

How do I postpone delivery?

Should you need to make a change to your delivery time, please call our customer service hotline at 1800-799-2828. We will accommodate your request if the product is still in the warehouse.

 

What if I’m not home to receive the product at the pre-arranged delivery time?

Our delivery team will provide you with a failed delivery notice with a contact number for your package to be redelivered, in which case, a $15 re-delivery fee (payable in cash) will be levied.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received an incorrect product, we recommend you contact our customer service hotline at 1800-799-2828 with the details of your order

 

What are the Canon products that carry optional installation fees?

This optional on-site service is applicable within Singapore main land only. Applies to Inkjet & Laser Printers / All-In-Ones and Facsimiles products.

-          On-site set up for the first 3 devices: $80.00

-          Subsequent device(s): $ 25.00 per device

-          Please call Canon Customer Service for an appointment at 1800 799 2828

-          Payment in cash or cheque (for companies) payable to the technician after installation

 

Warranties

All Canon consumer products are backed with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is void if the product is defaced or altered. You will get a free three-month warranty extension if you register your product online.

What is the minimum and maximum number of photos is required for one album?

There is no limit to the number of photos you can have in an album. It depends on your preference for layout and size of photo.
